Discussion of Siemens IBIS Quality web pages:
This is written from an IBIS user's viewpoint. It sets expectations
for model quality and level of service from IC vendors. Some confusion
over the "IBIS Tree" pages, which are not the same as the tree diagram
associated with the IBIS specification. Includes lots of figures showing
both good and bad model data, a nice feature.

IQ specification review:
Moshiul's IQ specification version modified to use the new numbering
scheme has not yet been posted or reviewed. We ran out of time in this
meeting but agreed to begin linear review of the document. At this
point it would be best to have the document in something like Microsoft
Word format. As we review it Mike will post updated versions and mark
where we left off.  Mike suggested having the next 2 meetings at one
week intervals, Oct 24 and Oct 31.  We will not meet Nov 7, so Nov 14
would be the next meeting after those.  Bob will be travelling and may
miss a meeting or two.
